Bright, zesty, and elegant. Roasted asparagus with lemon and Parmesan is fancy enough for dinner parties but easy enough for Tuesday night.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, shaved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
