Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, shaved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 10-12 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Finish with lemon zest, juice, and Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
