How to Make Bulletproof Coffee
I’ve had so many people ask how I make my Bulletproof coffee, which is understandable since I had questions at first too. It sounded so foreign to add fat to coffee. However, if you are following a keto lifestyle, a nice cup of fat-filled coffee in the morning can help you to stay full for hours. Personally, I drink Bulletproof Coffee instead of eating breakfast most days. It’s just easier for me to drink coffee than to make myself breakfast with four kids.
There are many different recipes online for Bulletproof coffee. You can add coconut oil, ghee, grass-fed butter or regular MCT oil. It is up to you. It’s always nice to try out different varieties to see what you enjoy the most.
