A flavorful low carb and keto friendly rice substitute made with chopped cauliflower. Yield: 2 INGREDIENTS 2 cups chopped cauliflower 3 Tbsp coconut milk powder 2 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tsp fresh lime zest INSTRUCTIONS Combine the chopped cauliflower, coconut milk powder, coconut oil, and water in a microwave safe dish.
