Ingredients
- 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Splash of white wine (optional)
Instructions
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms in single layer. Do not stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Add garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Finish with parsley, salt, and pepper.
