This cheesy broccoli casserole is pure keto comfort food. Tender broccoli smothered in a creamy cheese sauce and topped with a crispy cheddar crust. A family favorite!
Ingredients
- 6 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Steam broccoli: Steam or blanch broccoli until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain well.
- Make cheese sauce: In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, 1.5 cups cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, and onion powder. Stir over medium heat until smooth.
- Assemble: Place broccoli in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over and stir to coat. Top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake: Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
