Ingredients
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Make dressing: Whisk mayo, anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Season with pepper.
- Prep lettuce: Wash and dry romaine. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss: In a large bowl, toss lettuce with dressing until coated.
