A restaurant-quality Caesar salad with homemade keto dressing. Crisp romaine, shaved Parmesan, and the creamiest garlic anchovy dressing you've ever had!

Ingredients

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make dressing: Whisk mayo, anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Season with pepper.
